Ocean and Mountain views were the main inspiration during the design process of this modern 800 square meter villa overlooking the majestic Camps Bay landscape. The villa is designed to house two international families with shared facilities to use as their Cape Town retreat. Uninterrupted panoramic views framed by elements that provide the necessary privacy while eliminating the threshold between inside and outside.

A hideaway on a private game farm. Steel frame construction provided the perfect opportunity to design & detail simplistic and elegant spaces that seamlessly connect to the outside. Wall materials were left raw and untreated to blend colours with the landscape and reinforce the connection to the beautiful African Bushveld.

This Commercial Centre is situated on a very important and busy intersection. Developments in the area provided the owners with the opportunity to renovate and restructure the tenant layout.
The R304 is marked as a visual corridor leading into Stellenbosch and therefore the design inspiration remain the local vernacular but with some modern elements. Bulky facades walls, with interesting details, will be constructed to add the necessary weight to the building. Filtered sunlight will animate the courtyards.
